THE HIDDEN COST OF A LOW BID

A bid can look profitable on paper
and still lose money.

Winning the contract is only the beginning. The numbers have to work on every visit.

Labor runs longer than expected

A small estimating error repeated every visit can erase the margin.

Overhead gets forgotten

Insurance, admin, travel and operating costs still exist even when they are not on the invoice.

Low bids are hard to fix later

Winning the contract is not useful if the price locks you into poor economics.

A number is not a warning

A spreadsheet can give you a total. Understanding where that total becomes risky is a different question.

FROM GUESSWORK TO A CLEARER BID

Your assumptions in.
A clearer picture out.

The planned workflow keeps the focus on one question: does this contract make sense for your business?

  1. Build the cost picture

Add your visit schedule, labor, supplies and the costs that are easy to overlook.

  2. Check the planned price

Compare your proposed bid with your modeled costs and target margin.

  3. See what could change

Explore the effect of extra labor time before committing to a recurring price.

A SECOND LOOK BEFORE YOU SEND

Know the weak points in the bid before the customer sees the price.

Designed to help you ask better questions about the numbers — while the price is still yours to change.

Planned capabilities. The product is in development.

  • Check profitability

See what is left after the costs you have modeled.

  • Ask “what if?”

Understand how extra labor time changes your margin.

  • Bring overlooked costs into view

Include supplies, travel, payroll burden and overhead.

  • Learn from the first visits PLANNED LATER

Compare estimated and actual performance to spot where your assumptions need work.

FOCUSED ON THE OWNER-OPERATOR

Designed for owners who are
still doing the bidding themselves.

A good fit if you…

  • Are starting or growing a U.S. commercial cleaning business
  • Bid offices, clinics, retail or similar properties
  • Work solo or run a small team, typically 0–10 employees
  • Want a focused tool without an expensive all-in-one platform

Probably not a fit if you need…

  • Enterprise janitorial operations software
  • Scheduling, payroll, invoicing or a CRM
  • Guaranteed prices or a promise that every bid will be profitable

ONE FOCUSED TOOL

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Is this accounting software?

No. It is a bid-planning and profitability estimation tool. It is not a substitute for your accounting records or professional advice.

Will it tell me exactly what to charge?

No. It is designed to help you model your costs, assumptions and target margin so you can make a better-informed decision. It cannot guarantee a profitable contract.

Is this a subscription?

The current plan is a one-time purchase for the initial product. The $49 target price is a hypothesis we are testing, not a final offer.

Can I use it for residential cleaning?

The first version is being designed specifically around commercial cleaning bids.

Is the product available now?

Not yet. The dashboard is an illustrative concept for the first test version. You can join the early-access list to hear when the first test version is ready.
