Privacy

Commercial Cleaning Bid Coach is currently an early-access validation experiment. This notice describes the V3 implementation that is prepared for testing.

What the experiment collects

If early-access collection is enabled, the signup stores your email address. You may optionally provide your first name, how you currently price cleaning jobs, and a short answer about the hardest part of pricing commercial cleaning work.

The experiment also records first-party funnel events such as page view, CTA click, form start and accepted signup. Campaign parameters in the URL (UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term), the current experiment variants and a coarse mobile/tablet/desktop bucket may be stored with those events.

Page-local visit identifier

Each page load creates a random visit identifier in browser memory so events from that page visit can be related to one another. It is not placed in cookies or local storage and is not intended to identify you across visits. Reloading the page can create a new identifier.

What this V3 experiment does not use

No third-party analytics or advertising pixels are connected in V3.
No analytics cookies or persistent browser-storage identifiers are created by this experiment.
The application does not intentionally store raw IP addresses or full browser user-agent strings in its lead or event tables.
No payment information is collected on this page.

The hosting provider may still create ordinary infrastructure or access logs independently of the application. Those provider-level logs are separate from the experiment's own lead and event tables.

Why the data is used

The intended purposes are to contact people who explicitly request early-access information about Commercial Cleaning Bid Coach, understand whether the product idea is useful, measure the performance of this validation experiment, and improve the first test version.

The early-access consent is limited to emails about this product. It does not authorize unrelated marketing.

Retention and deletion

Data collected through this early-access experiment may be retained for up to 180 days. If the Commercial Cleaning Bid Coach experiment is discontinued, the data may be deleted earlier.

You can request access, correction or deletion of the personal information associated with your email address by contacting bidcoach@menusview.com.

Security and processors

The implementation stores leads and first-party event data in a dedicated MySQL/MariaDB database on the hosting environment. Database credentials are kept in a server-side configuration file that is excluded from the repository and blocked from direct web access.

The website and database infrastructure are hosted using Hostinger. Email communication is also provided through Hostinger's email infrastructure.
